Optimum Performance Guarantee

Know-How Concrete Technologies guarantees that for a period of 6 years from the date of application, DeepSeal Natural, DeepSeal Natural Premium, DeepSeal ‘25’ or DeepSeal ‘50’, will not lift, delaminate, peel from or lose effectiveness as a hydrophobic resistant sealer, when applied in accordance with the Manufacturer’s Specifications.

Conditions

The Optimum Performance Guarantee is subject to the conditions specified below:

1. The concrete surface to which the DeepSeal material is to be applied must be of adequate quality and prevent excessive rising    moisture and abrasion.

2.  Oil, paint, grease and other surface contaminants must be cleaned from the concrete surface, before application of the DeepSeal material.

3.  Once DeepSeal has been applied, the concrete surface must be kept free of physical abrasives, such as sand and grit, chemical solvents and heavy duty cleaning agents.  The surface must only be cleaned using light household detergents applied with soft brushes or mops.  Know-How Concrete Technologies will not be responsible for any areas not maintained in accordance with these specifications or which are affected by physical damage, such as chipping, breakage or unreasonable abrasion.

4.  Know-How Concrete Technologies is not liable for direct, indirect or consequential replacement loss or damage, including loss of income, resulting from a performance failure of DeepSeal.

5.  Subject to any contrary legislation, Know-How Concrete Technologies liability is limited to the value of DeepSeal material supplied and paid for by the Client, for those areas only requiring rectification.

6.  All other express and implied warranties are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7.  To enable it to limit damage to the treated surface, any claims under this Optimum Performance Guarantee must be notified, in writing, to Know-How Concrete Technologies within 30 days of a defect being, or being reasonably able to be, discovered by the Client; and no responsibility will be accepted where repairs are attempted by any persons not authorized for that purpose by Know-How Concrete Technologies.
