REQUIREMENT:
To seal concrete, paving, masonry and natural stone products with the view to providing long term protection from staining, with resistance to engine oils without affecting natural texture or appearance.

HOW TO SPECIFY: 
All exposed surfaces shall be treated by 1 coat of DeepSeal Natural ‘W’ Premium. The application rate varies with different materials, however usage rate per coat for most surfaces range from 1 Litre = 4m2 for porous surfaces to 10m2 for more dense materials. All surfaces to be clean dry and free of loose material.

HOW TO USE PRODUCT: 
Apply an even, but saturating coat of DeepSeal Natural “W’ Premium to the surface with a brush, roller, lambs wool applicator or low pressure spray. A second light coat should be given to areas with high absorbency whilst the first coat is still damp.

EFFECTS: 
Resistance to oils & fats significant reduction in water uptake, Concrete corrosion; Resistance to alkalis and carbons; 100% UV Resistance; Water-vapour permeable to help prevent water spotting and blushing; Surface left unchanged; Lower maintenance efforts and costs.

WHERE RECOMMENDED: 
All natural unpainted masonry, concrete, natural stone and pressed clay surfaces. (Test samples recommended)

CLEAN UP: 
All tools and equipment should be cleaned thoroughly with warm soapy water, then allow to dry.

CAUTION: 
Ensure that no prior treatments have been applied; any excess material should be mopped up from surface and not allowed to pond and dry.

SERVICE LIFE: 
DeepSeal Natural ‘W’ Premium will give many years of protection; however life expectancy will depend on the surface and environment in which it is placed.

HANDLING PROCEDURES:
Do not inhale vaporise material, and avoid contact with skin and eyes. Should contact occur, flush thoroughly with clean water. Refer to manufacturers MSDS.
