| Utilises only the hydrophobic component of the DeepSeal
Heavy Duty system and is often suitable for less demanding applications.
Such as retaining walls up to 4 meters deep or roof decks over car parks.
Specific applications should be referred to Know-How Concrete technologies
representatives for the DeepSeal Systems. |

|
| Is a reactive
hydrophobic pore-blocking liquid ingredient; dosed at the rate of 30
litres per cubic metre of concrete, introduced into the concrete carrying
trucks at the concrete mixing plant. DeepSeal Heavy Duty has two distinct
waterproofing actions. The first is the reaction of DeepSeal’s
hydrophobic component with the concrete mix, which fundamentally changing
its surface tension, producing a concrete, which is inherently
water-repellent and non-absorptive throughout its entire mass. |

|
| Unlike film-forming coatings such as those based on acrylic,
polyurethane or epoxy resins. DeepSeal water repellents
do not seal the pores at the surface of mineral masonry. They simply form
a very thin layer on the pore walls. Water can no longer penetrate in
liquid form into capillaries that have been rendered water-repellent,
since, as a polar liquid, it is unable to interact with a non-polar, hydrophobic
surface. In other words, pores, which have been DeepSealed and are therefore
hydrophobic and can no longer, be wetted by water. |

| DeepSeal
AS
is a water-based advanced acrylic polymer emulsion with a uniquely
high glass transition temperature. It dries to form a non-yellowing film
with outstanding water resistance, hardness and durability. The wetting
properties of the emulsion have been optimised for application to
concrete, so that the sealer penetrates below the concrete surface. |

| DeepSeal
50 is a unique combination of Silanes and Acrylic glazing
liquids. Surfaces treated are not only water repellent but also sealed
against penetration of rainwater under
wind pressure and against most other staining materials such as motor
oils, red wine and mild food acids. DeepSeal 50 in a single
application highlights the natural colour of masonry but does not produce
a glazed finish. Two applications produce a “wetted” effect
and a subdued
glaze to a dense surface, such as exposed aggregate pebbles, concrete
panels and roof tiles. |

As DeepSeal Armour Glaze
is a unique combination of very hard penetrating 100% UV stable
Acrylic-glazing liquids. Surfaces treated demonstrate a significant
increase of resistance against abrasion. This coupled with a high
repellence against oils, mild acids and water means that it is and ideal
cost effective choice for use in areas such as Car parks, Warehouses and
driveways.
DeepSeal Amour Glaze highlights the natural colour of masonry
produces a “wetted” effect, which is ideal for areas such as exposed
aggregate pebbles, concrete panels and roof tiles.

Unlike
many other products that are available. DeepSeal Formula, which is
non-combustible, non – flammable, and odourless, accomplishes six very
important jobs. It hardens, cures, it waterproofs, it seals, it is a
dust-proofer and aids bonding. The product accomplishes its job on a wide
variety of building materials, on concrete blocks, cement render, small
aggregate, terrazzo and helps prevent sweating on limestone walls and
similar materials. |

The new generation in
water based epoxy coatings, super hard wearing, great for shop floors, car parks
and factories. easy to use can either be rolled or sprayed in a wide range of
colours.

| A unique penetrating cross linked, water based oil resistant material
idea for all concrete materials sandstone and most other natural stone.
The ultimate in natural finishes. |

|
| The protection of concrete, paving and masonry
against staining while giving only a slightly enhancing the natural colours of
the surface. Excellent long term protection for external use around pools and
walkways. |

|
| VOC free Is an emulsion of organic
oils in water, when applied to formwork or moulds enables the easy stripping of
cementbased materials. Being stain free means that it is ideal for use with
coloured concrete, as well as being suited to a wide variety of formwork
materials. |
